Breathe In and Chill Out

Physical activity is important for our body but did you also know movement is important for our mind? Youth ages 11 – 13 will explore different forms of movement and tools developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help reduce their levels of stress, anxiety, fatigue, concentration and resiliency.
This workshop is a chance for youth to try out a new program coming this fall.
