Parkland School Division is proud to partner with apfa to present another FREE information session for local families.

In our upcoming session, we will be joined by Lesley Robinson, a certified yoga instructor, for some calm and mindful movement that will help you unwind and prepare your body for a peaceful sleep. Remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat with you (you might also want to bring a bottle of water).
