An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until January 23, 2020
Come join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement with some learning strategies for children aged 4 – 7 years old. In this class we will blend Yoga sequences, energizing music and books, yoga inspired games and plenty of smiles. Parent participation and pre-registration are required.
