Little Chefs
A fun, interactive program for kids 4 - 5 years of age to learn healthy habits around food and nutrition. Parents are encouraged to include children in mealtime preparation, follow simple recipes, experiment with different flavours and play around with food. Parents are required to attend one on one with their child. Pre-registration is required.

Tick Tock Time – English
Through interactive rhyme, parents and children learn songs, finger plays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is a great way to strengthen the parent-child bond. Pre-registration is required.

What’s for Dinner?
