This workshop shows parents how to positively maintain a position of authority in the family while teaching the importance of maintaining healthy relationships. Anger management is examined using a simple and effective technique which will benefit both parents and children. Pre-registration is required.  Childcare available.

Children love music, dancing and moving to rhythmic beats, it is even more fun if they use an assortment of instruments to play along. This is a fun way to develop early literacy skills. Pre-registration is required.
