A program that helps parents and caregivers understand childhood stress and how to provide children with tools to effectively manage stress. These are practical sessions where parents will gain knowledge, awareness and skills to help their children become healthier and more resilient. This program requires registration.

Tick Tock Time
Through interactive rhyme, caregivers and children learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is a great way to strengthen the parent-child bond. This program is for caregivers and children 0 - 5 years old. There will be no session on March 25th. Registration Required
