Through interactive rhyme, parents/caregivers and children learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is for parents/caregivers and children 0-6yrs. This program is offered in English/German.

This program provides information and support for a healthy pregnancy in a relaxed environment. Mothers receive pre-natal and post-natal education, help with nutrition, and links to other community services and supports; all while enjoying a warm meal.
