Postpartum Mood Disorders Support Group
A safe space for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression and other mood disorders to find support. Childcare is available. Registration is required. Please register HERE. In partnership with Alberta Health Services.

Socialize with other parents while your children play in a cheerful, relaxed environment. Plan to meet up with old friends or come and make new friends for you and your children, in your community. This parent and tot group is strictly for ages 0-24 months and their caregivers.

STEAM science, technology, engineering, art, and math made fun!STEAM Storytime begins with reading a story and then solving a challenge in the book. This is an opportunity to foster critical thinking and problem solving skills in a fun and creative environment.This session is for children aged 6 - 9.
