  • Actual preparation – what do you really need to care for a baby
  • How will your dynamic change – honour all roles in the child’s life
  • Communication – managing expectations

Join Shantelle Darshana for this Prenatal Yoga Series

This yoga series will help you feel more comfortable and at ease in your changing body. Together, we will practice different meditations and breathing techniques along with yoga postures to help calm the mind and release tension.

These classes will consist of beginner friendly, gentle yoga sequences with a short energizing portion in the middle of each one to help support your growing body with the endurance needed for a healthy pregnancy, labor & birth experience. We will follow up by allowing some time to connect with the life growing within as you rest in a peaceful state of relaxation at the end of each class.

There are always modifications available so you can personalize each pose as you see fit.

My experience as a birth doula will overflow into this class to help you transition from labor to birth and into parenthood more confidently.

Please bring your yoga mat with you to each class.

Registration is required.
