Support group for those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

Sometimes we say we are fine when we really aren’t.

You are not alone, please join us for an opportunity to connect, share and heal after the loss of a baby during pregnancy or early infancy.

  • Spouses, partners or other supporters are welcome to attend with you, but please register for all attending.
  • This is a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming group led by a trained facilitator.

This group meets the first Tuesday of each month.

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing , and socializing afterward.

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note that infants must have been born between August 7th and February 7th to attend. Attendees must be first time mothers. There is no childcare for this program.

Socialize with other parents while your children play in a cheerful, relaxed environment. Plan to meet up with old friends or come and meet new friends for you and your children.

This program is for parents/caregivers and their children 0 – 5 years of age.

This program is designed to provide a welcoming space for youth to explore traditional Indigenous teachings, foster social connections, and savor the deliciousness of taco in a bag! It’s not just an event; it’s an experience that celebrates cultural heritage and promotes cross-cultural connections.

For youth in grades 7 – 12.

Youth Nights will run every 2 weeks beginning January 11th.

Through interactive rhyme, parents/caregivers and children learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is offered in German and English languages.

This program is for parents/caregivers and children 0-5yrs. Registration is required.

A group for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders.

Appropriate for children aged 0 – 5 years. This is a drop-in program, pre-registration is not required.

Come and play with our toys, get a change of scenery, make new friends, or meet up with old ones as you burn off some energy in the play gym.

Registration is not required. Appropriate for children aged 0-5 years.

This session is directed towards parents and caregivers of children newborn to 3 years of age.

Today’s parents are constantly pressured to be perfect. But in striving to do everything right, we risk missing what children really need for lifelong emotional security. Learn how to build a strong emotional foundation for your children through a secure parent-child relationship while fostering their independence. This course will help put the keys to healthy attachment within everyone’s reach – self understanding, flexibility, and the willingness to make and learn from mistakes.
