November 19-Communication

When we listen carefully, clarify what our children have said, and seek to understand before we make a judgment, our children learn to trust us – that we have their best interest at heart.

The activities for this program are geared for children 2 – 11years old.

Some sessions will include activities that will need to be picked up prior to the session starting.

We provide the space and supplies and caregivers and their children explore and create at activity centres designed to enhance learning, build skills, and have fun.

The activities in this program are developmentally appropriate for children 2 – 5 years old.

Each week youth will explore healthy lifestyle choices.

The group is for youth in Grades 5, 6, 7, & 8.

Each week the group will look at how to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and engaging environment. Youth will participate in a physical activity and a cooking activity meant to support lifelong health.
