Congratulations on becoming a new mom!

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing, and socializing afterward. (You may want to bring a blanket if you would like to lay your baby down for tummy time.)

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note: Infants must have been born between February 10th and July 10th, 2024 in order to attend. Attendees must be first time moms. There will be no childcare for this program.

Exercise your mind and body as you explore your well-being!

We have partnered with Community Social Development (CSD) and the City of Spruce Grove for this FREE “Mind Full” program! Each week staff will take participants (12 – 18 years old) through the different domains of wellness. Participants can look forward to activities that will explore overall well-being. Snacks are provided. Join us for just one session or join for all!

This program is free, but online registration is required through the City of Spruce Grove.

There will be no program on August 5.
