The session will highlight available resources, support networks, and services, equipping parents with the skills to navigate educational, healthcare, and social systems on behalf of their children, fostering a proactive and informed approach to parental advocacy.

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing , and socializing afterward.
Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.
Please note that infants must have been born between March 1st and September 20th to attend.
Attendees must be first time mothers.
There is no childcare for this program.
