Sometimes we say we are fine when we really aren’t.

You are not alone, please join us for an opportunity to connect, share and heal after the loss of a baby during pregnancy or early infancy.

  • Spouses, partners or other supporters are welcome to attend with you, but please register for all attending.
  • This is a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming group led by a trained facilitator.

This group meets the first Tuesday of each month.

Grief can be an overwhelming experience for children, and it is crucial to provide them with the necessary support.

Supporting Children Through Grief

The group will be held at Family Life Psychology & Wellness in Spruce Grove.

Facilitated by Harmony Nimchuk, Registered Provisional Psychologist, the support group will help children manage their grief through psychoeducation and emotion mapping while teaching them practical strategies to grieve.

This FREE group is for children 10 – 13 years of age.

This is a partnership with Alberta Parenting for the Future Association, Family Life Psychology & Wellness, Parkland County FCSS, and The City of Spruce Grove.
