Physical activity is important for our body but did you also know movement is important for our mind?

Over 3 weeks youth will explore different forms of movement and use mindfulness activities developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help develop their mind body connection to increase their overall health and reduce their levels of stress and anxiety.

Youth in grades 7, 8, & 9 from 6-7 pm.  Registration is required. Please register here.

Youth ages 11 – 13 will explore different forms of movement and tools developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help reduce their levels of stress, anxiety, fatigue, concentration and resiliency.

This workshop is a chance for youth to try out a new program coming this fall.

Come join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement with some learning strategies for children aged 3- 7 years. In this class we will blend Yoga sequences, energizing music and books, yoga inspired games and plenty of smiles. Parent participation is required. Pre-registration is required.
