This workshop shows parents how to positively maintain a position of authority in the family while teaching the importance of maintaining healthy relationships. Anger management is examined using a simple and effective technique which will benefit both parents and children.

Triple P Group provides opportunities for parents to learn through observation, discussion, practice and feedback. The benefits of group sessions include support, friendship and constructive feedback from other parents as well as an opportunity for parents to normalize their parenting experience through peer interactions. This group is for parents of children 2-12 years old. Registration is required.

Parents are encouraged to include their children 4 - 5 years old in mealtime preparation, follow simple recipes, experiment with different flavours and play around with food. Parents are required to attend.
