So you think you can incorporate mindfulness and movement? Join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement. Yoga can help teenagers reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and increase physical strength and flexibility. Additionally, practicing yoga can improve overall well-being and promote a healthy lifestyle. This session will be a blend of Yoga sequences, breathing techniques, physical postures, energizing music, and plenty of fun! This workshop is for youth ages 13-17.
