Breathe In and Chill Out
Physical activity is important for our body but did you also know movement is important for our mind? Over 3 weeks youth will explore different forms of movement and use mindfulness activities developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help develop their mind body connection to increase their overall health and reduce their levels of stress and anxiety. Youth in grades 7, 8, & 9 from 6-7 pm. Registration is required. Please register here.

Tick Tock Time – French/English
Through interactive rhyme, caregivers and children learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is a great way to strengthen the parent-child bond. This program is for caregivers and children 0 - 5 years old. Registration is required.

So we can think of science as a way to gain knowledge of the world around us and to build our problem solving skills. This session is for kids aged 6 - 9 years old.
