Each week youth will explore healthy lifestyle choices. The group is for youth in Grades 5, 6, 7, & 8. Each week the group will look at how to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and engaging environment. Youth will participate in a physical activity and a cooking activity meant to support lifelong health. Please register here.
