An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until September 21, 2021
Physical activity is important for our body but did you also know movement is important for our mind?
Over 3 weeks youth will explore different forms of movement and use mindfulness activities developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help develop their mind body connection to increase their overall health and reduce their levels of stress and anxiety.
Children in grades 4, 5, & 6 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. Registration is required. Please register here.
