An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Monday, repeating until February 7, 2022
Youth Yoga – for youth in grades 4, 5, & 6.
The practice of yoga has many benefits for our youth.
• It helps manage anxiety with breathing and relaxation techniques
• Improves emotional regulation
• Enhances concentration and memory
• Develops strength and flexibility
• Teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity
Please wear clothing that allows for movement.
