Breathe In and Chill Out

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 19, 2021
Over 3 weeks youth will explore different forms of movement and use mindfulness activities developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help develop their mind body connection to increase their overall health and reduce their levels of stress and anxiety.
This program is for youth in grades 7, 8, & 9.
