Triple P Disaster Recovery

June 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

For parents and caregivers of children who have experienced a natural disaster.

The seminar aims to help parents understand children’s social and emotional reactions to disasters, how to support children’s resilience and encourage them to naturally resolve their distress, and answer their children’s questions about what happened and what might happen in the future.

Open to parents and caregivers of children of any age who have experienced a natural disaster.

Disaster Recovery Triple P is designed as an informational support not as a treatment for excessive trauma reactions although some people may benefit from attending these seminars as an avenue for accessing further help.
