Postpartum Mood Disorders Support Group
A group for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders. This group will meet every other Thursday beginning July 11th and running until August 22nd, 2024. Registration is required. There is no childcare available for the July and August group. In partnership with Alberta Health Services.

Socialize with other parents while your children play in a cheerful, relaxed environment. Plan to meet up with old friends or come and meet new friends for you and your children. This is a drop-in program for parents and their children under 24 months. Pre-registration is not required.
