Kids are curious and always looking to explore and experiment to find out why things do what they do, move like they move, or change as they change!

So we can think of science as a way to gain knowledge of the world around us and to build our problem solving skills.

Looking for free after school activities for youth in grades 7,8, & 9?

Activities will focus on making healthy food, healthy life choices and promoting mental and physical wellness.



A program for girls 9 – 12 years old that focuses on lifestyle choices to help them form healthy relationships. At the end of the session, they will take home a scrapbook of their learnings. Pre-registration is required.

A program that involves a series of age-based (kids 7 – 12), group learning sessions that focus on healthy eating, positive physical activity and community engagement. Children will learn easy to use strategies to continue with their healthy lifestyle choices.

There will be a Family Celebration on February 27th. Kids will cook for their parents from 4 – 5:30.

Parents will arrive at 5:30 – 7 pm to enjoy what their kids have prepared.

Come join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement with some learning strategies for children aged 4 – 7 years old. In this class we will blend Yoga sequences, energizing music and books, yoga inspired games and plenty of smiles. Parent participation and pre-registration are required.
