Executive function skills provide critical support for learning and development, and while we aren’t born with these skills, we are born with the potential to develop them through interactions and practice.
Through games and playful activities, children can practice and strengthen important executive function skills that will help them throughout their lives, including learning to focus their attention, strengthen their working memory, and develop basic self-control.
This session is for parents and caregivers of children ages 2 – 8 years old.
In partnership with Parkland School Division.
