Socialize with other parents while your children play in a cheerful, relaxed environment. Plan to meet up with old friends or come and make new friends for you and your children, in your community.

This parent and tot group is strictly for ages 0-24 months and their caregivers.

This program provides information and support for a healthy pregnancy in a relaxed environment. Mothers receive pre-natal and post-natal education, help with nutrition, and links to other community services and supports; all while enjoying a warm meal. Participants can stay with the program until their child is one year of age.

Child care is available for those with multiple children who are over the age of one and up to 5 years of age.

Today’s parents are constantly pressured to be perfect. But in striving to do everything right, we risk missing what children really need for lifelong emotional security. Learn how to protect and nurture babies through teens while fostering their independence, and what emotional needs a child may be expressing with difficult behaviour. Vivid stories and unique practical tools will offer insight into how our own upbringing affects our parenting style (and what to do about it). This course will help put the keys to healthy attachment within everyone’s reach – self understanding, flexibility, and the willingness to make and learn from mistakes.

This session is directed towards parents and caregivers of children newborn to 11years of age.

Childcare is available for these sessions.

We provide the space and supplies and parents/caregivers and their children explore through fun activity centres designed to enhance learning and build skills. The activities in this program are developmentally appropriate for children 2-5 years old.

This is a drop in program.

Through interactive rhyme, parents/caregivers and children learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is offered in English, French, German, Spanish, Ukrainian and Cree languages.

This program is for parents/caregivers and children 0-5yrs.

Registration is required through Eventbrite.
