Touch is the sense that is most developed at birth and is our very first form of communication. Infant Massage can aid in digestion, sleep, teething and more. Through full body massage and special routines, parents will gain the knowledge to communicate love, comfort, care, and support for their baby through the power of touch.

Triple P Group provides opportunities for parents to learn through observation, discussion, practice and feedback. The benefits of group sessions include support, friendship and constructive feedback from other parents as well as an opportunity for parents to normalize their parenting experience through peer interactions. This group is for parents of children 2-12 years old. Registration is required.

Play Your Way is a great opportunity for you and your child(ren) ages 0 – 6 to explore all five of the developmental domains in a fun, interactive, parent-led program. All the supplies are included and the activities are different each week.

An enjoyable and engaging time for you and baby! Sing songs, read books, tell stories and play hand games to enhance parent/child attachment, social skills and healthy child development. This program is for parents with infants 0-18 months. Pre-registration is required.

New program! Learn to return to a position of authority in the family while teaching the importance of maintaining healthy relationships. Anger management is examined using a simple and effective technique that will benefit both parents and children.
