This program provides information and support for a healthy pregnancy. Mothers receive pre-natal education, help with nutrition and links to other community services and supports. Participants can stay with the program until their child is one year of age.

Nature and the great outdoors are the perfect playground for adventures that build physical health and wellbeing as well as encouraging language and thinking skills.

Each Thursday morning we will release the location on where to meet via text message and explore the new local greenspace together.

Our camp counsellors will be at the Community Centre  ready for a water fight, fun activities, and lunch is on us.

Thursdays are for youth entering grade 7 – 9 in the fall. Register for the day(s) that fit your schedule!

Children’s imagination and early literacy develop through exploration with hands on activities.

Movement and music is foundational for our children as they develop fine motor, gross motor, coordination, and spatial awareness skills. Singing along to the music supports early literacy, speech and language, and good communication skills.

Our leaders are trained to: be the one that is “it” for tag, be the target in a water fight, share a healthy lunch with you, and to just hang out with to avoid your younger siblings.

 This program is for kids entering grades 4 – 6  in the fall. Register for the day(s) that fit your schedule! 

We are providing lunch for as well.

Come join us as we sing, dance, move and laugh. Wiggles and Giggles is a fun way to develop early literacy skills, gross motor skills and increase child and caregiver bond.
