Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing, and socializing afterward.

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Program is held Wednesdays, July 13th to August 17th from 10am to noon.

Please note: Infants must have been born between January 1, 2022 and July 1st, 2022 in order to attend. Attendees must be first time moms. There will be no childcare for this program.

Touch is the sense that is most developed at birth and is our very first form of communication. Infant Massage can aid in digestion, sleep, teething and more. Through full body massage and special routines, parents will gain the knowledge to communicate love, comfort, care, and support for their baby through the power of touch.
