Physical activity is important for our body but did you also know movement is important for our mind?

Over 3 weeks youth will explore different forms of movement and use mindfulness activities developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada that will help develop their mind body connection to increase their overall health and reduce their levels of stress and anxiety.

Youth in grades 7, 8, & 9 from 6-7 pm.  Registration is required. Please register here.

Movement and music is foundational for our children as they develop fine motor, gross motor, coordination, and spatial awareness skills. Singing along to the music supports early literacy, speech and language, and good communication skills.

This program is fun for caregivers and children 0 – 5 years old.

Come join us as we sing, dance, move and laugh. Wiggles and Giggles is a fun way to develop early literacy skills, gross motor skills and increase child and caregiver bond.
