This program offers an environment for independent movers and their caregivers to experience the joy of dance and music together. Discover and explore movement and music concepts while gaining balance, flexibility and coordination. Songs, rhymes, instruments, and simple choreography will add fun and excitement! 

For children aged 0-5 years. $30 per child.  Adults are free.

Pre-registration is required.

This program is designed to provide a welcoming space for youth to explore traditional Indigenous teachings, foster social connections, give back to the community, and share in the cooking (and consuming!) of food! It’s an opportunity to celebrate cultural heritage and promote cross-cultural connections.

A safe space to share your challenges and successes; to learn about ADHD; and receive parenting strategies and tools to support your child with ADHD.

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing , and socializing afterward.

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note that infants must have been born between August 12th and February 12th to attend.

Attendees must be first time mothers. There is no childcare for this program.

The first 12 months of a baby’s life and your new life are a time of rapid change. Triple P For Baby is a 7 week program for parents at the transition to parenthood or with a baby up to 12 months of age. Sessions explore positive parenting, responding to your baby, survival skills, and partner support. Babies are welcome to attend with their parents/caregivers.

This program is for pre natal and post natal parents.

Pre-registration is required.

Appropriate for children ages 0 – 5 years.

This is a drop-in, no pre-registration required.

We provide the space and supplies and parents/caregivers and their children explore through fun activity centers designed to enhance learning and build skills. The activities in this program are developmentally appropriate for children aged 2-5.

No group on February 17th.
