Welcome to our Tick Tock Time PLUS! Enjoy programming from your home. Register, pick-up a box and join us for an on-line workshop!

This program is for children 2.5 -5 years old.

Come join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement with some learning strategies for children aged 3 – 5 years old. In this class we will blend Yoga sequences, energizing music and books, yoga inspired games and plenty of smiles. Parent participation and pre-registration are required.

Through interactive rhyme, parents and children learn songs, finger plays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is a great way to strengthen the parent/child bond. Pre-registration is required.
