A group for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders.

There is limited childcare available for children aged 0 – 5 years.

Pre-registration is required. There is no group on February 6th, 2025.

A safe space to share your challenges and successes; to learn about ADHD; and receive parenting strategies and tools to support your child with ADHD.

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing , and socializing afterward.

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note that infants must have been born between August 12th and February 12th to attend.

Attendees must be first time mothers. There is no childcare for this program.

Triple P For Baby is a 7 week program for parents at the transition to parenthood or with a baby up to 12 months of age. Sessions explore positive parenting, responding to your baby, survival skills, and partner support. Babies are welcome to attend with their parents/caregivers.

This program is for pre natal and post natal parents.

Connect Parent Group is a 10 week program to support parents of pre-teens and teens with difficult behavioral and emotional struggles. Each session provides parents with a new perspective on parent-teen relationships and adolescent development.
