ADHD Support Group for Caregivers of Children with ADHD
This is a free monthly support group for parents of children or adolescents with ADHD. We offer a safe space to share your challenges and successes, to learn about ADHD, as well as parenting strategies and tools to support your child and/or adolescent with ADHD. Group will meet the last Wednesday of each month. You may register at any time. In partnership with Little Oaks Psychology.

Postpartum Mood Disorders Support Group
A group for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders. This group will meet every other Thursday beginning July 11th and running until August 22nd, 2024. Registration is required. There is no childcare available for the July and August group. In partnership with Alberta Health Services.
