Touch is the sense that is most developed at birth and is our very first form of communication. Infant Massage can aid in digestion, sleep, teething and more. Through full body massage and special routines, parents/caregivers will gain the knowledge to communicate love, comfort, care and support for their baby through the power of touch. This is a free monthly support group for parents of children or adolescents with ADHD. We offer a safe space to share your challenges and successes, to learn about ADHD, as well as parenting strategies and tools to support your child and/or adolescent with ADHD. Sometimes we say we are fine when we really aren't. You are not alone. Please join us for an opportunity to connect, share and heal after the loss of a baby during pregnancy or early infancy. Spouses, partners or other supporters are welcome to attend with you, but please register for all attending. This is a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming group led by a trained facilitator. This group meets the first Tuesday of each month. Pre-registration is required.
