Each week the group will look at how to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and engaging environment. Youth will participate in a physical activity and a cooking activity meant to support lifelong health. For youth in grades 4 - 7. This program is funded by Parkland County. Registration is required. 

Socialize with other parents while your children play in a cheerful, relaxed environment. Plan to meet up with old friends or come and meet new friends for you and your children. Registration is NOT required. Please note there is no group Nov 12.
