An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 14, 2019
An innovative family education model for children 7-12 years old to promote and support healthy lifestyles. The program involves a series of age-based group learning sessions that focus on healthy eating, physical activity, community engagement and offers children easy to use tools to support healthy lifestyle choices. On March 14th the children will arrive at 4 pm for class and parents will join them from 5:30 – 7 pm to celebrate.
