An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until March 21, 2023
This program provides information and support for a healthy pregnancy in a relaxed environment. Mothers receive pre-natal and post-natal education, help with nutrition, and links to other community services and supports; all while enjoying a warm meal. Participants can stay with the program until their child is one year of age.
Child care is available for those with multiple children who are over the age of one and up to 5 years of age.
